The Charging Stone is located in the cave in Faldir's Cove in the Arathi Highlands.^{[29.6, 81.9]} Professor Phizzlethorpe wants to use the powers of the stone in order to charge the  [Goggles of Gem Hunting]. The stone however, is guarded by Vengeful Surges.
