The Cartels of Undermine is the fifth Major Faction of The War Within.

It has four sub-factions, based on favor gained with Monte Gazlowe (Bilgewater Cartel), Baron Revilgaz (Blackwater Cartel), Marin Noggenfogger (Steamwheedle Cartel), and Grimla Fizzlecrank (Venture Company). A fifth sub-faction (Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club) is associated with the Liberation of Undermine raid. There's also Darkfuse Solutions, which unlocks after the first Chrome King Gallywix kill.

Faction description

Undermine isn't like other towns. There are no kings or chiefs, just cartels. Everyone wants to be part of the cartels. It's even better than being a king, because you can only have one king. But Undermine's got a lot of cartels, and they all need a pal.

Sources

The primary standing sources are from completing the Undermine(d) campaign primary storylines and optional quest chains.

Beyond that, weekly quests grant standing, 1000 points each:

After that, world quests, side gigs, and rare enemies also grant standing, from 20 points up to 200.
