The Bottle of Wildfire can be looted from the Potion of Wildfire on the Forsaken Herbalist table in Bathran's Haunt[32, 33] in Ashenvale.
Bathran asks Alliance adventurers to use the wildfire to burn his corpse, in order to prevent the Horde from gathering any more of his hair for their evil plans.
