Blood abomination concept art and model.
Blood abominations are a type of creature introduced in Battle for Azeroth. They could be encountered in Uldir, and are made of underrot, G'huun's corruption in Nazmir.[1] As the Old God's rot in its purest form, their only purpose was to infect all life.[2]
