Bladed Rifle of Unfettered Momentum is found at [69.9, 70.8] on a small island just north of the Tazavesh island while Phase Diving in K'aresh. To reach it, use some 
[Untethered Xy'bucha] after flying down to the island normally, or use a 
[Goblin Glider Kit] or any other form of slow fall to safely make it down to the island while Phase Diving. Players are required to have the "What Lies Beyond" perk purchased for the 
[Reshii Wraps] to see it. Looting this item is one of the criteria of 
[Treasures of K'aresh]. If the appearance of this item is already known, 
[Rifle of Leaden Movement] will appear in its place.
