Befouled Water Elementals are water elementals found in Ashenvale. Mastok Wrilehiss wants them killed. Sentinel Velene Starstrike wanted their bracers collected for divination.
Abilities
Foul Chill — Increases the Frost damage taken by an enemy by 50% for 2 min.- Splash (Frost) - A splash of water drenches all nearby enemies, dealing Frost damage and knocking them back a short distance.
- Wave Crash (Frost) - Deals Frost damage and knocks the target back.
Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec.

In the RPG
Befouled water elementals possess ugly temperaments that reflect their powers. These creatures corrupt water with a touch and take great pleasure in ruining wells and freshwater streams, especially when the result sickens animals and other creatures. A befouled water elemental can corrupt a 10-foot cubic area of water with a touch. The water becomes brackish and tainted. Anyone drinking corrupted water may become sickened.[1]
