Azure Stalkers are blue dragonspawn found in the Violet Hold.
Abilities
Backstab — Inflicts 175% weapon damage to an enemy, but only if attacking from behind.- Slow — (Instant)-Reduces target's movement speed by 50%, and increases casting time by 50% (25% on player targets) for 15 sec. Slow can only affect one target at a time.
Tactical Blink — (Instant)-Teleports the caster behind the target. Also frees the caster from any bonds.
