Anthion Harmon is a human ghost quest giver located outside Stratholme in the Eastern Plaguelands.
Finding him was the objective of the quest 
[60] In Search of Anthion, which formerly began the third questline for the 0.5 dungeon set upgrade. To see him, one had to use the 
[Extra-Dimensional Ghost Revealer] outside Stratholme to begin the quest 
[60D] Dead Man's Plea, or as it is commonly known, the Strat 45. See Baron in 45.
