Obtaining and upgrading

To obtain it and initiate upgrading it:

1. Find Broken Abyssal Focus at ^{[38.1, 37.0]} (Zanj'ir Wash in Nazjatar)
2. Obtain the quest  [50] Ancient Technology from it.
3. Turn it in and obtain  [50] An Abyssal Opportunity, the quest to fix the artifact.
4. Gather the items required, turn it in and have the Restored Abyssal Focus!

Upgrading:

•  [50R] The Eternal Palace: We Can Make It Stronger... upgrades it to the Empowered Abyssal Focus.
•  [50R] The Eternal Palace: Pushing the Limits upgrades it to the Radiating Abyssal Focus.
