Xal'atath's army of the Void has descended upon the Sunwell. We have put our faith in the Light, and in turn, the Light has called upon the greatest champions of Azeroth.

Answer this summons and stand against the Devouring Host! The fate of Quel'Danas and the world rests in your hands.

Speak to the Image of Lady Liadrin who now has a new gossip option:

Gossip (Quest) Please summon me to the Isle of Quel'Danas.

You were then teleported to the Sunwell Ramparts where Lor'themar Theron, Lady Liadrin, and Turalyon are waiting. Grand Artificer Romuul, T'paartos, Grand Lector Enaara, Captain Fareeya, Priestess Islara, Brandur Ironhammer, Grand Anchorite Almonen, Justicar Julia Celeste, and Regald Hornfyre are present in the hallway leading north-east of the gathering.

Lor'themar Theron says: Evacuating the civilians must take priority!
High Exarch Turalyon says: No! We need to focus on launching a counterattack!

If one instead runs straight into the nearby void-covered area, up to six stacks of a debuff are applied, followed by a teleport back when close enough to the portal. The teleport will also happen when going too far away in safer areas:

Inv cosmicvoid debuff.png Overwhelming Void — Reduces movement speed by 10%. Silences and pacifies an enemy preventing attacking and spellcasting for 5 sec.
